Credential evaluations

What is a U.S. degree equivalency for?

You may need it to prove your professional level, for an immigration process (an initial petition, a Request for Evidence or a Notice of Intent to Deny), to join the armed forces, or for any other reason that requires validating your degree.

What is a transcript (course-by-course) equivalency for?

To enter a college or university, finish in the U.S. a degree you started abroad, start graduate or doctoral studies, or support an immigration process.

Can I get an equivalency for my high school diploma?

Yes. The secondary-level report gives the U.S. equivalency and includes the GPA, a common requirement for freshman admission.

Can I validate a Higher Technical (TSU) degree?

Yes. It is usually equivalent to an Associate Degree, about 60 credit hours.

Can I validate undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degrees?

Yes, as long as the issuing university is official or accredited.

Can I request a transcript evaluation if I did not finish my studies?

Yes. A course-by-course evaluation grants a number of undergraduate or graduate credits for the courses you completed.

Will my degree have the same equivalency in the U.S.?

That is what the evaluation determines. Sometimes it is the same or similar, sometimes it differs, depending on the U.S. database of professions and degrees.

What is a regulated profession?

One that only people with the required license may practice. In the U.S. each state regulates professions such as medicine, dentistry, psychology, law, education, architecture, accounting, nursing, pharmacy and civil engineering, through its professional regulation agencies.

How will I receive my equivalency report?

The original report is mailed free of charge to your U.S. address. Mailing outside the United States has an additional charge.

Do my documents need to be translated into English?

Yes, a certified translation is required. If yours are not translated, add an ATA certified translation to your request.

Expert letters and plans

How long do I have to send the information?

Send everything as soon as you hire the service. If we do not have your complete documentation within 3 days, the estimated delivery date may change.

Can I add information after that deadline?

No. We accept information up to 3 days after hiring the service. If the expert needs more, we will contact you with a specific deadline.

How will I receive the expert opinion letter?

In two versions: a digital one by e-mail and the printed original by mail to the address you gave us. Plans are delivered digitally by e-mail.

Can I request corrections?

Yes, within 10 consecutive days of receiving the digital version, up to two times. After that, each edit costs $200; once the letter is printed and mailed, edit and reprint costs $300.

How long do I have to review the corrected version?

5 consecutive days. Without comments in that period, we consider the case closed.

Requests, documents and payment

How do I pay for the services?

After you submit your request you receive an invoice by e-mail from our billing platform (Square) with the amount and the payment options: credit or debit card, or Zelle. A 3.5% service charge applies to card payments. We do not accept cash.

When is my delivery date confirmed?

Once you have 1) confirmed your request, 2) paid, and 3) sent all the documents we asked for. Only then can we guarantee an estimated delivery date.

Do I have to send my original documents?

No. We neither require nor accept originals. Send copies: upload them with your request, through the client portal, or by e-mail to [email protected].

Can I send my documents by WhatsApp or text message?

No. Our team is not authorized to receive personal or professional documents by WhatsApp or text.

Can I request a service for someone else?

No. Requests are processed only when the holder of the documents makes them, and we share information about the process only with the client.

Can I talk to someone before hiring a service?

Yes. Book a free online or in-person consultation to clear up any questions.
