A faithful conversion of official documents from one language to another, endorsed with the signature and seal of a professional translator who is a member of the American Translators Association (ATA), with a Certificate of Accuracy that guarantees the translation fully reflects the original.
Credential evaluations require a certified translation; if your documents are not in English, add it to your request.

Questions
How do I pay for the services?
After you submit your request you receive an invoice by e-mail from our billing platform (Square) with the amount and the payment options: credit or debit card, or Zelle. A 3.5% service charge applies to card payments. We do not accept cash.
When is my delivery date confirmed?
Once you have 1) confirmed your request, 2) paid, and 3) sent all the documents we asked for. Only then can we guarantee an estimated delivery date.
Do I have to send my original documents?
No. We neither require nor accept originals. Send copies: upload them with your request, through the client portal, or by e-mail to [email protected].
Can I send my documents by WhatsApp or text message?
No. Our team is not authorized to receive personal or professional documents by WhatsApp or text.
Can I request a service for someone else?
No. Requests are processed only when the holder of the documents makes them, and we share information about the process only with the client.
